Season Dates: March 29th - May 31st, 2026

Location: Ingersoll Stadium Track and Field
Game Times: Sundays between 12:00pm and 5:00pm
Practice Times: One hour before your scheduled game time.
(We will also offer free specialized practices during the week for players that are interested)

Pre-Season Skills Camp: SSFFL is hosting a skills and fundamentals camp on March 22nd for $35. This optional camp is a great way to prepare for the season and learn the basics of flag football before league play begins.

COST

Are there discounts available?

Yes! We offer several discount options:

Early Bird Discount: $50 off for early before November 1st 2025.

Family Discount: First child is full price, second child receives $10 off, third child receives $20 off, fourth child receives $30 off. Maximum of 4 children per family.

Scholarship Program: Financial assistance is available through our scholarship program. Please see the scholarship section on this page for more information and application details.

What is included with registration?

Registration includes:

Are there additional items available for purchase?

Yes! Optional items include:

• NFL Flag performance socks
• Youth football gloves
• NFL Flag headbands

COACHES

Who can coach?
Any parent, guardian, or family member can sign up. Please look at our coach page for more information. 

Are there requirements to coach?
All coaches must pass a background check. Coaches must know all codes of conduct, rules and player safety.
