If you would like to apply for a Maria Gonzalez grant/scholarship foundation funded by SSFFL

Step 1: Ensure your child qualifies.
• Proof the child is currently receiving Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC
• Age 4 - 18

Step 2: Provide proof of Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC to [email protected].

Step 3: Clearly identify if you are requesting a partial grant or full scholarship.
Note: Full scholarships are very limited to extenuating circumstances. If you meet the criteria, please provide the amount of registration your family can afford for your player to participate in activities.
