Welcome to our cheerleading program, tailored for grades kindergarten through 5th grade! No prior experience is necessary -- everyone is welcome to join the fun!

Cheerleaders will learn 5-10 cheers and a sideline dance routine that will be performed together at halftime during flag football games on Sundays. Practice is held once a week on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, with an optional additional practice day available.

COST

Are there discounts available?

Yes! We offer several discount options:

Family Discount: First child is full price, second child receives $10 off, third child receives $20 off, fourth child receives $30 off. Maximum of 4 children per family.

Scholarship Program: Financial assistance is available through our scholarship program. Please see the scholarship section on this page for more information and application details.

What is included with registration?

Registration includes:

• Official SSFFL cheerleading uniform (top and skirt/shorts)
• Pom-poms in team colors

IMPORTANT: Parents will need to purchase white cheerleading shoes separately. These are not included with registration.

What kind of cheerleading shoes do I need to buy?

Cheerleaders are required to wear white cheerleading shoes for all practices and performances. Here's what to look for:

• Color: Must be white (all-white preferred)
• Type: Cheerleading-specific shoes with good ankle support and grip
• Price Range: Typically $30-$60

Who can coach?
Any parent, guardian, or family member can sign up. Please look at our coach page for more information. 

Are there requirements to coach?
All coaches must pass a background check. Coaches must know all codes of conduct, rules and player safety.
